Badir Movement Cultivates Youth Leadership Through Civic Dialogues

The community-focused Badir Association is engaging young people through its “Youth Annex” program. Recently, the Cultural Committee organized an impactful dialogue session for participants. In the first part, Palestinian history and regional events were discussed to build knowledge. The second part focused on the pivotal role youth can play in community development. Badir Association leaders and youth participants brainstormed constructive ideas for national projects aimed at meaningful engagement in Lebanese public affairs.

This session is part of Badir Association’s “National Awareness” workshop series – a key program aimed at educating and empowering younger generations. As a community organization, Badir Association makes developing Lebanon’s youth into engaged citizens one of its primary goals. By creating spaces for young people to have enlightening discussions and proposing projects to make a difference, Badir Association lives out its mission to drive community progress.
